Celebrating your anniversary at the H.S. Clay House is easy! Whether you’ve stayed with us before or are just discovering our little corner of Missouri Wine Country, I’d love to help you plan something special.
Step 1: Tell Me Your Anniversary Date
The first step is simply letting me know when your special day falls!
Visit our Signup Page and share your anniversary date along with your contact information. This allows me to send you special anniversary reminders and details about your complimentary celebration package.
Already a guest of the H.S. Clay House? Wonderful! If I don’t have your anniversary date yet, you can still sign up.
Haven’t stayed with us before? You’re welcome to join the program, too!
Step 2: Watch for Your Special Anniversary Gift
As your anniversary approaches, I’ll send you a few friendly reminders to help you plan your celebration.
You’ll hear from me about three months before your anniversary, with additional reminders as your special day gets closer. I’ll share details about your anniversary benefits and encourage you to start thinking about a relaxing getaway to Augusta.
And, of course, you can expect a special anniversary greeting on the big day!

But here’s the good news: You don’t have to celebrate on your exact anniversary date!
Our Anniversary Celebration Package is available when you book a qualifying stay within 30 days following your anniversary.
That means even if your special day has already passed, you may still have time to enjoy your 5% discount, complimentary bottle of wine, and late checkout.
And if I don’t have your anniversary date on file yet, don’t worry! You can share it through our Anniversary Signup Form so we can help you determine how to take advantage of your anniversary benefits.

Everything You Need to Know About Your Anniversary Gift
How do I sign up for the Anniversary Celebration Program?
Simply visit our Signup Page and share your anniversary date and contact information. Signing up is completely free, and you’ll receive anniversary reminders and details about your special offer.
When will I receive my anniversary offer?
We will reach out with anniversary reminders approximately 90 days before your special date, and send you your code. If you sign up within 90 days of your special day, please contact me directly and we will get things taken care of over the phone.
Can I still use my anniversary offer after my anniversary has passed?
Yes! You can still qualify for your Anniversary Celebration Package when you book your stay within 30 days following your anniversary date.
Is there a charge to join the program?
Absolutely not! Our Anniversary Celebration Program is completely free to join. The special discount, bottle of wine, and late checkout are complimentary benefits offered with a qualifying paid stay.
What if you don't have my anniversary date?
That’s easy to fix! Even if you’ve stayed with us before, we may not have your anniversary information on file. Just complete our Anniversary Signup Form so I can make sure you don’t miss out on future anniversary greetings and special offers.
Do I have to stay on my actual anniversary?
Not at all! We understand that schedules don’t always cooperate. You can plan your romantic getaway for a time that works best for you, subject to the anniversary offer’s booking requirements and room availability.
How do I claim my anniversary benefits?
If you’ve received your anniversary email, simply follow the instructions provided with your special offer when making your reservation.
