I can’t send you a birthday surprise if I don’t know when to celebrate!
Visit our Birthday Signup Page and provide your birth month and day, along with your contact information.
Whether you’re a returning guest or someone who has been thinking about visiting the H.S. Clay House for the first time, you’re invited to participate.
And don’t worry if you’ve stayed with us before but never shared your birthday. You can add your information anytime!
Step 2: Keep an Eye on Your Inbox
As your birthday gets closer, I’ll be in touch with a little birthday cheer and details about your special celebration package.
Our birthday emails begin approximately three months before your big day, giving you plenty of time to think about where you’d like to go, what you’d like to do, and who you’d like to bring along.
I’ll also send a few reminders as the date approaches, along with a birthday greeting and a follow-up in case you haven’t had a chance to make plans.
(If you sign up with 90 days of your special day, please give me a call this first year so we can make sure you get things set up!)

Start by visiting our Birthday Signup Page and sharing your birthday information. Once you’re registered, you’ll be eligible to receive our birthday communications and special offer details.
How far in advance will you contact me?
Our birthday email series begins approximately 90 days before your birthday. You’ll receive additional messages as your celebration approaches, including information about your package and how to make your reservation.
If you register after the email series has already started, you may not receive all the earlier messages but please feel free to call and request the package.
My birthday has passed. Can I still take advantage of the offer?
Yes! Our birthday offer allows you to book a qualifying stay within 30 days following your birthday.

Do I have to pay to participate?
