Art in Action Across Missouri Wine Country
From April 27 to May 3, 2025, more than 100 artists will scatter throughout Augusta and surrounding towns like Defiance and New Melle, capturing the beauty of Missouri Wine Country in real time. These “paint-outs” take place at local wineries, historic buildings, private estates, and along the stunning Missouri River bluffs and Katy Trail. As an attendee, you’re invited to watch these works unfold before your eyes and even purchase freshly completed pieces on-site or at the daily Pop-Up Gallery inside the Harmonie-Verein Hall.
A Celebration of Art, Community, and Local Flavor
In addition to daily art displays and sales, the festival offers fun for all ages with hands-on activities for kids, live music, local street food, and tastings of fine wines and spirits. The final day of the event, May 3, 2025, will feature the Final Judging and Art Awards in Augusta Town Square, along with a full day of shopping, entertainment, and celebration. Whether you come for a single afternoon or stay the entire week, you’ll be immersed in the energy and warmth that define this annual tradition.
